1. Eligibility and Commitment

To qualify for this promotion, the member must commit to a minimum of three (3) consecutive months of membership and pay the full membership fee for all three months in advance at the time of purchase. The discount is applied only once full payment has been successfully received.

2. Promotional Voucher

Any voucher or discount issued under this promotion is personal to the named individual, non-transferable, and valid for one-time use only . The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for any other service.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All memberships purchased under this promotion are non-refundable and non-cancellable once activated , including (but not limited to) situations where the member:

• Does not attend classes

• Stops training

• Chooses to cancel for personal, medical, or scheduling reasons

No refunds, credits, pauses, or extensions will be issued once the membership has commenced, except where required by UK law .

4. Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)

Where the membership is purchased online or remotely , the member may have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

However, by activating the membership, attending classes, or accessing services during this period, the member expressly agrees to begin the service immediately and acknowledges that they forfeit their right to cancel and receive a refund once services have commenced.

For memberships purchased in person at the academy , no cooling-off period applies once the agreement has been signed and payment made.

5. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend sessions, partial attendance, or non-use of the membership does not entitle the member to any refund, credit, or compensation .

6. Combination with Other Offers

This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, trials, referral promotions, or special rates.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects the member’s statutory rights under UK law , including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where services are not provided with reasonable care and skill.

8. Academy Rights

The academy reserves the right to:

• Verify eligibility for the promotion

• Refuse membership at its discretion, acting reasonably

• Amend or withdraw this promotion at any time in accordance with UK law

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing this membership, the member confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
